Water (Aqua), Cetearyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Dimethiconol, Amodimethicone, Dimethicone, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Crambe Abyssinica (Abyssinian) Seed Oil, Cocotrimonium Chloride, Lauryl Lactate, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Fragrance, Laureth-25, Phenoxyethanol, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Lactic Acid, Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Laurate, Glyceryl Caprylate. 

Shampoo hair as normal. Apply Thanks To Nature Hair Masque. Evenly distribute through hair, focusing on the ends. Leave on for 2-3 minutes then rinse. For a more intensive treatment, leave on for 10 minutes then rinse. Use at least once a week to keep your hair looking and feeling healthy and shiny.
